Morocco bound

Thanks to Randy Ansems of Think Business Training I will be making a trip to Morocco from March 2nd to the 16th to play in two eGolf Tour events. The eGolf Tour is hosting two events in Morocco to give players a chance to broaden their experiences on and off the course.  Both tournaments will feature 120 man fields with $250,000 purses, $40,000 going to the winner, and an exemption into the European Tours King Hassan II Trophy tournament. I am very excited to have this opportunity and I cannot wait to get a little redemption from last weeks nightmare start on the eGolf Tour.

In my first eGolf Tournament last week I failed to make the cut. I'm not going to lie, I was nervous and I just couldn't get comfortable. I spent a long 4 hour drive back to Myrtle Beach thinking about what went wrong and what I can do to fix it. I came to the conclusion I was gripping the club to tight, too tense, and tried to guide my shots. I let my nerves get the best of me and after opening with a 79 I knew I would have to go out and shoot 65 or 66 to make the cut. So I went out in round 2 and played very aggressive and after getting off to a shaky start it just kept getting worse. Although I may not have many positives from my first event, I did learn a lot about what I need to do in the next event to play well. I have been practicing hard all week and I am hitting the ball great and I am starting to gain confidence in my putter.

I leave for Morocco on March 2nd and my wife Charlotte and Daughter Ella will be flying home to Nova Scotia the same day. Charlotte will be going back to work in April so I will not see my girls again until Ella's first birthday on June 2nd. It is going to be tough, but someone has to pay the bills and since I haven't made a check in what seems like forever, I will have to keep focused and just keep thinking that I won my first tournament when they were away for 3 weeks.

The events will be televised in Morocco so if I figure out how you can watch it online I will let everyone know. To follow the leaderboard click here!

  1. Congratulations on making your first cut on the egolf tour. Keep up the good work and make that first pay day a good one.

  2. sure UK Replica watches did. A watch protector can help some people with rashes. The protector shields the skin from most of Replica Rolex Watches the metal parts (except for the parts in the band). It also prevents the watch from moving handbag replica around and causing friction with the metal. Without bordering on TMI, when I started Designer handbags wearing a protector, my wrist wasn’t as funky. Washing the protector was Watches Replica a breeze, too.Replica Rolex limits .
