Hello everyone, I am 4 weeks away from my debut on the eGolf Tour in the Swiftwick Shootout at Palmetto Hall in Hilton Head, SC. I will be taking the next two and a half weeks away from tournament play to regroup and get ready for the eGolf Tour. After struggling in my last couple tournaments I sat down and went over each round to find out what I need to do to be more consistent throughout the round. I have been hitting the ball really well and my wedge play has improved tremendously over the past two months. I am looking forward to starting on the eGolf Tour and playing 72 hole events.

We will be leaving Orlando this Sunday and hitting the road to Myrtle Beach, SC where I will be living until October. Since I wont be playing any events in Florida for over two weeks and money is pretty tight, it is cheaper for me to be in Myrtle Beach and just drive down for my tournament on February 5-6.

The golf shirt fundraiser has got off to a great start and I have sold over 20 shirts already! Once a few more shirts are sold I will have all of the expenses of buying/making shirts covered and all monies raised from then on will be contributed to my eGolf Tour expenses. This fundraiser is very important to me because I am in a bit of a financial crisis right now. I have already had to make numerous sacrifices such as moving to Myrtle Beach over a month earlier than expected and cutting back on number of tournaments I am playing to name a few. So please show your support by purchasing a golf shirt and help me relieve some stress!

The golf shirts are $60 each and if you buy more than one they are $50 each.  They are a dry-fit material and the shirts retail price is $58 at the IZOD store here in Florida, so they are very nice golf shirts.

Want to donate?
I recently had a few requests from people that were looking to donate money without buying golf shirts so I did some research and found out a way to do so through the blog.  There is an orange colored DONATE button on the top right of the blog, if you click on the button it will lead you to a page on PayPal that will allow you to securely donate money right into my bank account.  You can donate by using your credit card of even right from your bank account. All you have to do is create a PayPal account and make sure to hit update once you enter the amount you are going to donate.

Golf Shirt Fundraiser

I would like to announce that I will be starting up a fundraiser to raise money for my expenses on the eGolf Tour this year. For the fundraiser I will be selling IZOD Cool FX golf shirts with the logo below on the chest. They are a very nice material and are dry-fit shirts. They will come in Mens and Womens sizes with a variety of styles and assorted colors. Sizes will range from Ladies XS to XL and mens sizes range from S to XXL. Cost of the golf shirts will be $60 for 1, or $100 for 2. The shirts are getting embroidered right now and should be ready for purchasing by February 1st. Once they are completed, I will have pictures on the blog under the 'Golf Shirts' tab of each different shirt, and sizes that are available for each different style. I designed this logo for the shirts because I have been overwhelmed with people who want to help me but are not in the financial situation to do so. So I wanted to create a way for people to help me in small doses and get something in return. These shirts will be a symbol of your support and will help me pay for gas, hotels, practice rounds, and a portion of entry fees on the eGolf Tour. The logo below will be embroidered on the shirts.

If you are interested in purchasing a golf shirt please contact me via email at or by phone 407-488-3064.  Once golf season kicks off I am hoping to have some shirts in some of the golf course proshops around Nova Scotia. Once again they will be available February 1st and I look forward to seeing all of my proud supporters sporting their new golf shirts on the course this summer! Thank you everyone for your continued support!

2011 off to a great start!

Happy New Year everyone!  I played in my first tournament today after a taking some time off over the holidays.  I played in a Florida Players Tour event at Harmony Golf Preserve and shot a 5 under par 67.  I finished second to Michael Tulacz who fired an 8 under par 64. My round today was my lowest round so far as a professional.  It feels great to get things going now and since my win on December 11th, I felt more comfortable and confident on the course today. I made some clutch up and downs for birdies and pars on the back nine to put myself into contention for the win.  I got off to a slow start on my round today after starting with a birdie on the second hole I made a double bogey on the 3rd hole, than a birdie at the 9th to finish the front nine at even par.  I played great on the back nine and shot a 5 under 31 which included three birdies and a hole out eagle on the par 4 15th hole from 117 yards.  I feel I am productively improving everyday, and with my confidence growing faster than the turkey dinners I ate over the holidays, I have a good feeling 2011 is going to be a great year!
